I build systems that actually empower people.


I care about clarity, high standards, and accountability. Compassion matters, but without execution, nothing changes.


My background in education and DEI shaped how I think about power, incentives, and how institutions actually work. I don’t see leadership as authority. I see it as responsibility for outcomes.


In practice, that looks like:

  • building teams where people have real ownership 
  • setting clear, measurable goals 
  • creating a culture where feedback is direct and progress is visible 
  • focusing on long-term impact, not quick wins 


At PoolUp, this shows up in how we build. Everything is grounded in real behavior, not assumptions. It also shapes how I hire. I look for people with conviction who move fast.


I’m not trying to be the loudest voice in the room. I care about setting a clear direction and building something that actually works.
